Director Sean Bakerchose the iPhone as the most appropriate and mobile tool for his street-level story, using an anamorphic adapter from Moondog Labs to achieve a wide, cinematic look, and the Filmic Pro app for manual image control. The film's distinctive "pop verité" aesthetic also involved increasing the color saturation in post-production and minimal, creative lighting
